Nate started my bathroom remodel and did beautiful work on the install. He called before arriving to let me know he... was on his way. He got right to work when he arrived and finished sooner than I expected. The tub came out beautiful. I'm happy with the results. Jordan Swift was assigned to install the flooring, vanities, and toilets. He called prior to arriving to let me know he was on his way. I was impressed that he arrived at the beginning of the time range I was given. He came in ready to work. I appreciated how both Nate and Justin covered the floors to protect my carpet/rugs from damage and asked permission before utilizing space to put supplies or doors that had to remove to work in the room. Because of a unique situation with the water shutoff in my building they had to work quickly on certain tasks. Jordan checked in with me at certain points to show his progress and make sure I was happy with the work he was doing. Both were very respectful and professional the entire time. I appreciate them cleaning up after their work. I am very happy with the work he has provided!read more

We used Sir Home Improvement to install new windows. They were professional, knowledgeable and communicated with us... regarding the plan. The project consultant, Dan DeVries, was informative and down to earth. When I had questions come up, Wes handled them promptly. Danielle was pleasant and helpful arranging installation dates that fit our schedule.Marty, Adam, Brad and Sam did an amazing job with the installation. They were able to troubleshoot due to our requests. They were very mindful of cleanliness. The finished project is exceptional. Would highly recommend Sir Home Improvement. Thank you!read more

SIR just did a bathtub removal/shower installation. The professionalism of SIR Is outstanding. Our Installer,... Anthony, is an asset to the company. He is very professional and answered all of our question. His installation from tear down to completion was done quickly. The clean up he performed was even better than expected, as he even cleaned our 3-tier mirrored cabinet. We would highly recommend SIR Home Improvement for any home projects.read more

My experience has been awesome so far. We are about half way through our project with SIR Home Improvements. Ben came... and went through many options for our bath tub remodel. He answered all questions we had and had patience with us as we decided exactly what we wanted. Ben also came today to start the demo of our bathtub. He has been awesome, very friendly and has open communication about what he is doing. He put runners throughout my house for the areas he would be walking to help keep my house as clean as possible. This was an extra dusty job as you could imagine and Ben was awesome about cleaning up before he left. I am very pleased with the project so far!read more

I am pleased with the six replacement windows I purchased from SIR Home Improvement. The process was professional and... focused on my needs - from the initial contact, to the consultation to installation. Wade and Adam installed yesterday, and I was the work was completed beautifully. I was particularly impressed with the care they took trimming and caulking the windows. They left the work area clean. Not only did he install a new faucet in a... basement bar area, he connected a dehumidifier to the drain going the extra mile to get all the right parts and ensuring the connection worked and was secure. My husband an I are the, very proud an pleased new owners of a newly installed walk-in shower unit, toilet and sink... fixtures. Brett an John set us up on what the company had to offer. Rachele, who is very pleasant on the phone; does a great job of letting us know when to expect the workers to arrive. Anthony did a remarkable job. We can't say enough about this caring, gentleman with such great work ethics. I have waited to write my review to see how the bathroom held up. Easily to say, we are still thrilled. We needed a... shower installed that was easy and safe for me to use independently with my disability. Tony and Tony (I hope I remembered the right names) were extremely professional and fun. All staff were very dedicated to making sure everything was in reach to me and was safe to use. At the same time, my husband's height was taken unto account. Six months later, we are so very happy.read more

Matt did a great job with my bathroom. He was very professional and it looks terrific. Coincidentally he had... previously installed a front door for me and remembered it. While he was here he gave me some advice on how to maintain the door. He seems to take a lot of pride in his work no matter what he is doing.read more

We selected SIR Home Improvements to help us finish our master bathroom renovation based on the great job they did with... our kitchen renovation earlier this summer. With the bathroom project, our technician Matt M. was extremely professional and kept me updated on every aspect of the renovation which included new flooring, vanity/sink, medicine cabinet, and lighting fixture. He treated our home project as if it was his own home! We greatly appreciated the extra effort he put into this job. Friendly Installer who really focused on the details. Nick and Adam did an excellent job, they were friendly, helpful,... and took the extra time to make sure the work was completed as perfectly as was possible. Kitchen remodel looks great. Also showed up exactly when they said they would, if not a touch early! Susan was my sales person, and she took the time to make sure I would be happy with what we set up. Paul the Project Manager also did a great job of explaining what to expect, answer my stupid questions with grace, and in general eased any concerns that I had.Would definitely use them again for future jobs!read more

Our two bathroom remodeling project has been an adventure in this house and SIR's customer service has been great. The... job has not been without its challenges - unlevel floors, a vanity top (we supplied) that didn't quite fit, oddly-placed plumbing. All of the people have been courteous and professional and their work has been beautiful. Nick Deryke has especially been a standout. He is a customer-focused craftsman who takes pride in delivering great work. His custom solution for our vanity looks beautiful. He has really been creative and solution oriented.I knew, based on the values of the owner and the organization that SIR, Frank and his team (like Nick) would make it right when there was a mix-up in the project plan due to a glitch. We chose SIR because it's a community-focused, values-oriented company. Frank and his team (Nick esp.) have been committed to us loving our bathrooms. We have not been disappointed and would definitely recommend!read more

We had an installation done by SIR Home Improvements. We had no issues with the salesman and the project manager. They... were very professional in dealing with us. We had a tub changed out to a shower and it is great. Our installer was Anthony and he did an awesome job. He was very professional, polite and really knew what he was doing. He worked his tail off in getting this shower installed. We have an older home and everything wasn't square until Anthony Straightened everything out so he could install the shower properly. It is expensive but you are paying for quality and service and a lifetime warranty. Thank you to all.read more

We had our bathroom remodeled in December 2019. It was supposed to take two days and ended up taking a month. A MONTH... for one small bathroom. The person who installed the vanity cut out the inside of the cupboard to make room for the shoddy plumbing job - which they corrected and replaced the vanity. We originally weren't replacing the toilet, but it was damaged when they removed it to install the flooring, so they had to buy us a new one.The shower fixture was not properly installed, so they had to come back, take out the shower wall, fix the loose faucet, and reinstall the wall. Then the seal around the base of the tub was broken within six months and they had to come out and correct that.Three times - THREE - they rescheduled work but failed to notify us. Their customer service reps are friendly but do not call back or follow up when they are supposed to.Now we are in the process of selling our home and found out from the inspection that the person who put in the tub drain plumbing put it together with caulk. The pipes aren't even connected and it is leaking heavily into our crawlspace. I have never been so angry. This is their idea of professional service? Sir is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am absolutely appalled at the quality considering the amount of money we paid.read more
