Houseful of Windows 2009 Sweepstakes Contest Rules

How to Enter:
Complete an entry form at any of our Meijer Retail Store locations, Home shows & Events, or at www.sirhome.com. All entries must be entered via our Meijer Retail Store Locations, Home Shows & Events or online. All entries must be received between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Only one entry is permitted per unique address during the sweepstakes entry period.

Selection of Winners:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Sir Home Improvement. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by mail or telephone. Limit one prize to an individual or household. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed. Sir Home Improvement assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winners. No purchase is necessary to win. In the event that a winner has purchased a Sir Home Improvement product that is all of or a part of their prize between the time of their entry and the time of the drawing, such prize winner may elect to receive the retail value of that prize in lieu of the product or products. Winners may be required to verify address or execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within 14 days of notification attempt. Entry constitutes permission to use winners' names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible or late entries or mail.

Window Sweepstakes Giveaway
SIR Home Improvements FREE HOME IMPROVEMENTS sweepstakes will be supported by Thermal Industries. This promotion will take place in the Spring of 2009. First Place Prize Sir Home Improvement s will give away up to 10 free Double Hung windows (DH305, white, Low E with Argon gas) for the giveaway. Second place prize is a gift certificate of $5,000 off your total window project. Project must be for a minimum of 10 replacement windows of the equivalent retail price of purchase bay, bow, patio or other product’s. Third place prize is 25% off total window project. Any change in color, options, styles and/or unit amount over 10 windows will be invoiced. Prize does not include basement, garage, or mobile home windows.

Privacy:
Participants in the "Houseful of Windows 2009 Sweepstakes" create a business relationship with SIR Home Improvements and it reserves the right to contact each participant regarding future promotions and offers. Participant’s names will not be shared with other parties.

Odds:
The odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received during the Sweepstakes entry period. A purchase is not necessary to enter, and will not improve the chances of winning.
