If any discrepancies arise, the employee handbook or compensation agreement will govern. We offer a comprehensive selection of benefits to all full-time employees. In most instances, new employees become eligible for benefits after only 90 days of employment.

Medical Insurance SIR Home Improvements offers basic medical insurance and a prescription drug plan through IBA. IBA offers an 80% co-insurance for most in-network provider services with an annual deductible along with a $20 co-pay for physician office visits.
An employee can opt to purchase AFLAC insurance through payroll deduction.
By enrolling in the IBA medical plan, participants automatically receive prescription drug coverage with a three-tier co-pay structure ($15 generic, $30/$45 brand).
