If any discrepancies arise, the employee handbook or compensation agreement will govern. We offer a comprehensive selection of benefits to all full-time employees. In most instances, new employees become eligible for benefits after only 90 days of employment.

Medical Insurance

Medical Insurance SIR Home Improvements offers basic medical insurance and a prescription drug plan through IBA. IBA offers an 80% co-insurance for most in-network provider services with an annual deductible along with a $20 co-pay for physician office visits.

 

An employee can opt to purchase AFLAC insurance through payroll deduction.

 

 

Prescription Drug Plan

By enrolling in the IBA medical plan, participants automatically receive prescription drug coverage with a three-tier co-pay structure ($15 generic, $30/$45 brand).

 

Simple IRA

  • American Funds provides a wide array of investment options tailored to meet a variety of investment strategies. The following overview provides some of the features of our plan.
  • Employees are eligible to enroll and participate in the plan on January 1st each year, if they earned $5,000 or more in the previous year and expect to earn $5,000 or more in the coming year.
  • Vesting—SIR Home Improvement will always match 100% of employee contribution, maximum 3% of each employees annual salary.
  • Employees may change contribution percentages and investment election at any time.
  • Participants have 24-hour access to accounts via a toll-free number and the internet.

Company Performance Bonus

The purpose of the SIR Home Improvements plan is to allow employees to share in the company’s success by sharing the benefits of our profits with employees.
